Shipping package to send your Kirby vacuum cleaner to us safely and inexpensively for repair and / or maintenance.

How do I send the device to Veltec?

Remove the handle fork, outer bag and all accessories from your Kirby. What remains is the Kirby body of the machine.

Place your Kirby in this box with lots of newspapers and tape the box tightly with the supplied tape. Then stick the enclosed new shipping label on the top of the box over the old shipping label and return it free of charge to the nearest DPD Parcel Shop.
